Two young setters are leading their teams to the top of the standings and rankings.  Freshman Sasha Selivan and Newton North lead the Bay State Carey at 11-0, and sit atop the Globe Top 20 and MIAA Power Rankings.  Sophomore Lizzie Tam and Needham lead the Bay State Herget at 9-2, and sit 3rd and 5th respectively in the Globe and MIAA lists.  Check out this excellent feature on the former SMASH 10s teammates :)

More strong stuff from the young guns:  Newton South sophomore libero Natalie Huang is a Player of the Week as the Lions climb to 8th and 11th in the Globe/MIAA ranks.  Natalie will play her sixth season with SMASH this year as a defender on SMASH 16s.  Keep up the great work!
