The inaugural session of SMASH Beach Volleyball wrapped up with a 10-team juniors RCO event.

Team Fiona/Michael defeated Team Gabby/Fabian in the final.

Sand and grass events abound in New Hampshire

 

Juniors and adults alike are excited to play in the slate of sand and grass doubles tournaments offered by New Hampshire Volleyball Club.

SMASH players have raked in many medals over the last several weeks, and there are still a variety of events remaining on the summer schedule.

Teams that have earned bids to AVP America's East Coast Championships in November include: Fiona/Gabby (U16 Beach), Logan/Sam (U16 Grass), and Annaliese/Kelsey (U16 Beach).

SMASH @ Boston Volleyball Festival

Top New England club at region's biggest event

 

SMASH Volleyball was the top performing club at the 2020 Mizuno Boston Volleyball Festival. 

The BVF, New England's largest volleyball tournament, featured 760 juniors teams representing 149 clubs on 91 courts!  SMASH had the most teams of any club in attendance with 24 boys and girls teams.  

SMASH Boys had the highest finishing NE team for U14, U15, U17, and U18, and in U16 finished 2nd and 3rd!

SMASH Girls had the highest finishing NE team for U12, U13, U14, U15, and U16!

SMASH 12s were tournament champions, capping their weekend with an amazing three set match against NYC Juniors.  SMASH 15s were 15 Open champions, with a domineering Day 3 effort that culminated with a victory in the final over Downstate.

SMASH 16s and 13s each finished second in Gold, SMASH 14s and 12s Energy each won the Silver bracket, and SMASH 17s won the Bronze bracket.

Congratulations to all teams for working hard and embracing the challenge of competing at the highest level of play in each age group!
