Coach Mike Murphy is in his 9th season with Smash Girls and 4th year coaching 15s Power.  His past 15s Power teams have performed strongly playing up at the 16s age group and finished in the top 25 and top 20 of New England 16s.  Prior to 15s Power, Murphy coached Smash 14s Fire, winning two New England championships, and also coached 14s Ice to a top 3 finish.  Currently, he is the varsity coach at Dana Hall School.  Prior to that, Murphy coached at Wellesley High School (Girls and Boys), Weston High School, Waltham High School and NCAA D3 and Community College (Men and Women).  In all, Murphy has been coaching volleyball for 25 years.
