Over 100 motivated athletes are busy training this week at the 2017 SMASH Attacker Camp in Weston and Waltham.

Led by Konst Dimov and Lucas Coffeen (the winning Men's A doubles team at last week's beach tournament in Newport, RI), the group of coed campers ages 11-17 began the week with a strong focus on improving their jumping and hitting mechanics and increasing their power.  

Future sessions will include work on transition footwork, blocking technique, and playsets as the attackers develop a full repertoire of offensive shots.
