Congratulations to SMASH coach Preston Yong, honored today by the AVCA as one of "30 Under 30" high school coaches!

An alumnus of Newton North HS and SMASH Boys Volleyball, Preston led his Newton CD team to a fourth consecutive EIL Tournament crown and NEPSAC Class B playoff appearance, and is in Baltimore this week with the Lasell Lasers women's team at the NCAA Division 3 Regional.  

Preston will be busy this season at SMASH, coaching Girls 13s, Boys 12s, master coaching the Boys U13/U14 teams, and directing the club-wide strength and injury prevention program!
