You must be mindful:
- be aware of what is happening – initially the contact point is the key.
- Have a precise target (deep seam 4) so you can process small deviations from the goal
Get something out of EVERY serve – never go through the motions. Make every serve a game serve – you can’t be in a hurry or think everyone is waiting for you.
Other serve ideas:
- It’s easier for a passer to move side to side than short and long – serving deep or short seam is a good skill to have.
- You should be able to make a particular passer pass
