Plaistow is in southern New Hampshire, about 4 miles north of Route 495 in the Haverill area

and is about 50 miles or 1 hour driving from the Newton area.

Directions from the South:

Get on Route 93 North (by taking either Route 128/95 North to Route 93 North, or just get on Route 93 North in the Boston area and stay on it.)

Follow Route 93 North to Exit 44A, and exit onto Route 495 North.  Stay on 495 North for 12.2 miles, and

Take Exit 51B/Route 125 North (off of 495)  (distance on 495 = 12 miles)

This will put you on Route 125 North.  stay on it for 4.3 miles

Note: Route 125 may be/will be Main St, and Plaistow Street: Just stay on it

After these 4.3 miles,  you will be at 175 Plaistow Street /Rockingham Athletic Club
