Suggested Daily Workout:
This is from one of the few human beings ever in space:

The following are goals, start with fewer at a time, and gradually you will ALWAYS gain strength and confidence
 10 sets of 10 jumps each day, at home is just fine, despite what other activities you may be doing.
 30-50 pushups each day/night, AT LEAST
 50+ situps each day/night
 Run 20-30 minutes at least 3x/week at easy or medium pace, not necessary to be out of breath.
 Run 10-20 minutes 2x/week, at least, in workouts in which you do get out of breath
Now you are on your way!!! Top athletes are strong and conditioned!
