From the Newton area:  {about 1 hour from Newton (50 miles)}

Method A:  take Mass Turnpike into Boston, exit for the Southeast Expressway (Expressway south) which is also Route 93 South.  Follow for  about 7 miles, and, at the 'Braintree split', exit (from the left lane) onto Route 3 South  (a common route to Cape Cod). Then follow directions below from Route 3.

Method B:  Get on Route 128 South (which is Route 95 South in the Newton area) and follow all the way to Braintree. [NOTE!: stay on Route 128 all the way to Braintree, do NOT exit when Route 95 heads south towards Providence -stay on 128 (which is technically also Route 93 North at this time)]   In Braintree (the 'Braintree split') bear right (mostly straight) and get on Route 3 South.    Then follow directions below from Route 3.

Directions from Route 3 in Braintree:

Follow Route 3 South 29.8 miles to Exit 5, and go towards: Long Pond Rd/Plymouth Ctr/College Pond

Follow for .5 miles (1/2 mile)

Take a "slight right" onto Long Pond Road

Follow Long Pond Road for .7  miles to Plymouth CIS  (117 Long Pond Road)
