FROM EAST OR WEST LONG ISLAND ON THE NORTH SHORE: Northern State Parkway or Long Island Expressway to Shelter Rock Road exit. Take Shelter Rock Road South for approx. 2 miles. . In front of the school is a large field. Make left at light into school drive. Go up hill to parking and entrance into school.

FOR EAST OR WEST LONG ISLAND ON THE SOUTH SHORE: Take Southern State Parkway to exit 22 (Meadowbrook Parkway) North. Stay on Meadowbrook Parkway until the parkway splits to Northern State Parkway West. Stay in left two lanes and bear left when road splits again. Stay on Northern State to Shelter Rock Road exit. Take Shelter Rock Road South for approx. 2 miles. In front of the school is a large field. Make left at light into school drive. Go up hill to parking and entrance into school.

FROM EAST OR WEST LONG ISLAND ON THE NORTH SHORE: Take the Long Island Expressway to the Seaford - Oyster Bay Expressway (Route 135) South. Take Rte. 135 to Exit 7W (Hempstead Tpke.). Proceed thru 2 lights and Sportime is on the right next to the Bethpage Motel and across the street from Chili's.

FROM EAST OR WEST LONG ISLAND ON THE SOUTH SHORE: Take the Southern State Parkway to the Seaford - Oyster Bay Expressway (Rte. 135) North. Take Rte. 135 to Exit 7W (Hempstead Tpke). Proceed thru 2 lights and Sportime is on the right next to the Bethpage Motel and across the street from Chili's.

FROM EAST OR WEST LONG ISLAND ON THE NORTH SHORE: Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 69 and turn left onto Wading River Manor Road. Make the 3rd right onto Grumman Blvd. Head East on Grumman Blvd for 1.5 miles. Calverton Enterprise Park is on your left. After entering the part, make your 1st right and the next left. Southbay Sports Plex will be the 1st building on the right.

FROM EAST OR WEST LONG ISLAND ON THE SOUTH SHORE: Take the Southern State Parkway to the Sagtikos Parkway North. Follow the directions above from the Long Island Expressway.

FROM EAST OR WEST LONG ISLAND ON THE NORTH SHORE: Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 41N (Rte. 106/107) or the Northern State Parkway to Exit 35N (Rte. 106/107). Proceed ahead to take the right fork when road splits. Make a left turn at 2nd light, Brookville Road. Entrance to the school is approximately 1 ½ miles ahead on left. Gym is at the top of the hill.

FROM EAST OR WEST LONG ISLAND ON THE SOUTH SHORE: Take the Southern State Parkway to the Wantagh Parkway North. Take Wantagh Parkway North almost to the end and get off at Northern Parkway East. Follow directions above to school.

FROM EAST OR WEST LONG ISLAND ON THE NORTH SHORE: Take the Northern State Parkway to the Grand Central Parkway and exit at 188th St. Turn left at the light and make an immediate right onto the service road. Follow the service road to Utopia Parkway. Bear right to campus. OR Take the Long Island Expressway and exit at Utopia Parkway. Make a left on Utopia Parkway and proceed to Union Turnpike. The campus is on the right.

FROM EAST OR WEST LONG ISLAND ON THE SOUTH SHORE: Take the Southern State Parkway to the Cross Island Parkway. Proceed to the Grand Central Parkway and exit at 188th St. Turn left at the light and make an immediate right onto the service road. Follow the service road to Utopia Parkway and bear right to campus.

Throgs Neck Bridge South and exit onto Cross Island Parkway (right lane exit on bridge). Cross Island Parkway South to exit 29 (Grand Central Parkway) east. Grand Central Parkway turns into Northern State Parkway at the Nassau County border. Follow the above directions to all sites.

Verrazano Bridge onto Belt Parkway East. Belt Parkway will turn into the Southern State Parkway at the Nassau County border. Follow the above directions to all sites.
